Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns: 

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to the nature of balloons, used or inflated balloons cannot be returned.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale, clearance items, and custom balloon bundles are not eligible for returns.

 

Process:

1. Email us at: theballoonbundle@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. 

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

 

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
