Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

 • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• During high-volume seasons (holidays, weekends, launches), processing may take an extra day.

 

Shipping Rates & Estimates:

• Free shipping on all orders over $50 ! 

• Orders ship via USPS/UPS depending on package size. Typical delivery takes 3–7  business days.

 

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Order Tracking:

 • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Delays & Issues:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or holidays). If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at theballoonbundle@gmail.com with your name and order number.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
