What You’ll Need on Hand

You’ll want to have a few basic supplies depending on how you plan to display your garland:

• Command hooks or another hanging method
• Clips if attaching the garland to an arch, Chiara backdrop, or another structure
• Fishing line if needed for your particular installation
• 🎈 Electric balloon pump for inflating your balloons - needed for the DIY KITS ONLY!

These hanging supplies are NOT provided.

DIY Balloon Kits

Our DIY kits are designed to give you everything you need to create the beautiful garland you purchased—without the guesswork.

Each kit includes:

• 🎈 All of the balloons needed to create your selected garland
• 📏 The exact balloon sizes, quantities, and formula for your specific garland
• 📲 Access to our DIY tutorial and step-by-step instructions through a link, so you can follow along as you create your garland

We’ve already done the work of figuring out exactly how many balloons of each size you need to create a full, professional-looking garland. You simply inflate, follow the instructions, and create!

We provide a few 260 balloons( the long balloons) with your kit that can be used to create simple hanging loops/hooks, allowing you to easily attach your garland to your Command hooks or other hanging points.

Please note: Balloon pumps, Command hooks, clips, fishing line, and other hanging supplies are not included..

DIY Balloon Kits

DIY kits are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including your selected colors, theme, and quantity.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We carefully pack every order to make sure everything arrives safely and ready for you to enjoy. If your kit arrives damaged, missing an item, or there’s an issue with one of the balloons or materials, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We’re happy to take a look and help make it right, including providing a replacement when appropriate. We want you to feel confident ordering from us and have everything you need to create something beautiful! 💕

Fully Inflated Garlands

Our fully inflated garlands are prepared specifically for your selected delivery date and are final sale. Because balloons are prepared specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns.

If there is an issue with your garland at the time of delivery, please reach out to us as soon as possible with a photo so we can take a look and help make it right.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Need to make a change to your order? No problem! Just reach out to us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been prepared or is in production.
